This ceremonial tribal panel from Gujarat, in India is embellished with hand embroidery and applique in a variety of stitches in cotton thread on a cream cotton ground fabric. Mirror work is incorporated in the embroidery.

The hanging depicts vibrant flowers . There is some minor staining in the top section
