Phulkari embroidered wedding shawl

This fabulous wedding shawl is hand embroidered in silk thread on a cotton ground fabric. It has a wonderful glossy surface that almost glows . The colours of the silk threads are hot pink, orange, soft lime and cream.
 
This beautiful embroidery would look fabulous on the wall and could also be used as a throw on a bed or sofa.
