This black silk hat has been fully hand stitched. Printed floral fabric has been used as part of the lining. The whole body of the hat is hand stitched in close regular lines.  White embroidered embellishments have then been had stitched to the hat. This is very fine work.  The hat is in excellent condition . C. 2018.  This hat is designed to be folded for storage
